01 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account on Bet18, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not already hold another active Bet18 account. Only one account per person is permitted.

Bet18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended or closed, and pending withdrawals may be held pending completion of the KYC process.

Creating a Bet18 account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

02 Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bet18 login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address for two-factor authentication.

All activity on your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify Bet18 support immediately at [email protected]. Bet18 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including Bet18 staff. Bet18 will never ask for your password.

• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on Bet18 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Bet18 does not accept deposits made using credit cards or cryptocurrency.

Deposit funds are credited to your account after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method used. Withdrawals are subject to verification of identity and may be delayed if outstanding KYC requirements have not been fulfilled.

• All funds deposited must be used solely for personal betting and gaming activity on Bet18.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for deposits where possible, for anti-money laundering compliance.
• Bet18 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests.

04 Betting Rules and Bet Settlement

By placing a bet on Bet18, you accept the odds and terms displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless Bet18 specifically allows it under a particular promotion or feature.

Bet settlement follows the official results published by the relevant governing body for each sport or game. For live casino games, the outcome displayed by the live dealer stream is final, subject to any technical verification.

• Bets placed on events that are subsequently postponed, cancelled, or abandoned may be voided at Bet18's discretion, with stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or data feed issue that results in incorrect odds being displayed, Bet18 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Suspicious betting patterns, collusion, or any attempt to exploit platform errors may result in bet cancellation and account suspension.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply and will be communicated within the relevant betting section of the platform.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Bet18 may offer bonuses, cashback, free bets, or other promotional rewards to registered members from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer in the Promotions section.

General conditions that apply to all promotions on Bet18:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered members only. Bet18 reserves the right to exclude certain accounts from specific offers.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and possible account closure.

Bet18 reserves the right to close any account, withhold balances pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

08 Limitation of Liability and Amendments

Bet18 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and accurate data, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information displayed is free from errors at all times. Bet18 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, data feed delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Bet18 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members through an in-platform notice or email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account by contacting Bet18 support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the Bet18 platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
